Grid Cartels was contracted to develop the communication strategy for the Council of Europe's "Block the Hatred, Share the Love" campaign in Albania. The campaign aimed to raise awareness of the long-term effects of hate speech in our lives. Our communication strategy provided a comprehensive plan for implementing the campaign with project stakeholders and the wider public. It included objectives, SWOT analysis, target audience, messaging, activities, tools, communication channels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluation. In addition, we created around 30 social media posts addressing various hate speech topics and designed the campaign's main poster and accompanying promotional items for events organized by the council.
